Orbital KPI ring

Pairs a central KPI with target orbit, forecast marker, and remaining-gap annotation. A scenario toggle switches current and forecast values with explicit delta text. Connects current, target, and forecast in one orbital relationship instead of a single gauge.

Accessibility notes

  • Every interactive target is a labelled native control with a visible focus treatment.
  • State changes are communicated through a polite text status and never by color alone.
  • The contained visual effects stop when the user requests reduced motion.
