Drag order list control

Reorders priority items with drag handles and fully equivalent keyboard move controls. Grab buttons use Space and arrows to move items; pointer handles provide bounded drag cues. Changes item order with explicit positional feedback rather than editing freeform tags.

Accessibility notes

  • Every interactive target is a labelled native control with a visible focus treatment.
  • State changes are communicated through a polite text status and never by color alone.
  • The contained visual effects stop when the user requests reduced motion.
